Pricing Policy

How we price products, what taxes apply and what the price includes.

1. Currency and taxes

• All prices on this website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Prices displayed on product pages are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Any tax component is shown separately on your invoice.
• An invoice is issued for every order and emailed to you along with the dispatch confirmation.
• If you need the invoice raised in a company name, tell us at the time of ordering. We cannot re-issue an invoice in a different name after dispatch.

2. What the price includes

The listed price covers the product and its standard manufacturer packaging and accessories as described on the product page. It does not include shipping charges, which are shown separately at checkout and are waived on prepaid orders of ₹3,000 or more, as set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

3. How we set prices

Prices reflect our purchase cost from authorised distributors, applicable taxes and duties, inward freight, packaging, payment gateway charges and a working margin. Where a manufacturer publishes a maximum retail price, we sell at or below it. The struck-through figure shown next to a price is the manufacturer’s MRP, not an inflated reference price.

4. Price changes

• Prices can change without prior notice because of supplier revisions, tax changes or currency movement on imported stock.
• The price that applies to your order is the one displayed at the moment you complete checkout. A later increase or decrease does not affect an order already confirmed.
• We do not retrospectively charge more for an order we have already accepted.

5. Obvious errors

If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price because of a typing or system error, we are not obliged to sell at that price. We will contact you, offer the item at the correct price, and refund you in full if you would rather not proceed.

6. Discounts and offers

• Promotional prices, coupon codes and bundle offers are valid only for the stated period or while stocks last, and cannot be combined unless we say so.
• Discounts are applied on the product value before shipping charges.
• If an order that used a coupon is partly returned and the remaining value falls below the coupon threshold, the discount is adjusted proportionately in the refund.

7. Payment methods

We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets through a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. No additional convenience fee or surcharge is added for using any of these methods — the amount you authorise is the amount shown at checkout. We do not offer subscriptions, recurring billing or auto-debit mandates.

8. Bulk and corporate orders
