1. About these terms

This website is owned and operated by Malhar Travel Solution (Proprietorship), a sole proprietorship with its registered office at 352/4, Ramnath Dube Chawl, Anant Nagvekar Marg, Prabhadevi, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400025 (referred to as “we”, “us” or “Malhar Travel Solution”). By browsing this website, placing an order or making a payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Products, descriptions and availability

• We sell motorcycle helmets, riding gear, luggage, rider electronics, apparel and related travel accessories. All products shown are physical goods that are shipped to you.
• We take care to describe products, sizes and specifications accurately. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens, and manufacturers occasionally change packaging or minor specifications without notice.
• Listing a product on the website is an invitation to offer, not a binding offer to sell. All orders are subject to stock availability and to our acceptance.
• If an item you have paid for turns out to be unavailable, we will inform you and refund the amount for that item in full as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. Orders and acceptance

• An order is placed when you complete checkout and we receive your payment or your confirmed order request.
• A contract of sale is formed only when we send you an order confirmation by email, SMS or WhatsApp. Until then we may decline or cancel the order.
• We may cancel or limit an order where we suspect fraud, a pricing or listing error, an address we cannot deliver to, or a breach of these terms. Any amount already paid for a cancelled order is refunded in full.

5. Pricing and payment

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Payments are collected through a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net-banking credentials or any other payment credential on our servers.
• Details of how we set and revise prices are in our Pricing Policy.
• If a payment fails or is reversed after dispatch, we reserve the right to withhold delivery or recover the goods.

6. Shipping, delivery and returns

Dispatch timelines, delivery estimates and charges are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Warranty

Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty where one is offered, typically 12 months against manufacturing defects from the date of invoice. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, crash damage, misuse, unauthorised repair or modification, or cosmetic damage that does not affect function. To raise a claim, contact us with your order number and photographs of the issue.

8. Safety and fitment

Protective equipment reduces but does not eliminate the risk of injury. You are responsible for selecting the correct size and fit, for using the product as the manufacturer instructs, and for complying with all applicable traffic and safety laws. We are happy to help with sizing before you order — call or email us.

9. Use of this website

• You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, and not to introduce malicious code.
• All content on this website — text, layout, graphics, logos and product descriptions — belongs to us or our suppliers and may not be copied or reproduced for commercial use without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of use, or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control such as strikes, natural events, courier disruption or government restrictions.

11. Third-party links

This website may link to third-party websites, such as our payment gateway or courier tracking pages. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
