We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, expiry date, UPI PIN or net-banking password. Those are entered directly on the payment gateway’s secure page and are handled by the gateway, not by us.

We process personal information to perform the contract you enter into when you place an order, to comply with legal obligations, and on the basis of your consent where you have given it (for example, for marketing messages). You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us.

5. Who we share it with

Courier and logistics partners — your name, address and phone number, so that they can deliver your order.
Payment gateway — the information required to process the payment or refund.
Service providers — our website host, email provider and accountant, bound by confidentiality obligations and permitted to use the data only for the services they perform for us.
Authorities — where disclosure is required by law, court order or a valid request from a government agency.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone for their own marketing.

6. Cookies
